Christmas dinner! Salad with homemade vinaigrette, garlic and honey-glazed turkey breast, spanish rice with vegetables and steamed broccoli. The rice dish knocked everyone’s socks off. It was like a come-from-behind victory, considering how tender and juicy the turkey was. Again, kudos to the Missus. If my parents didn’t love her to death before, they certainly do now. Or at least their stomachs and taste buds do!
