Food Digest

Made a late-lunch chicken sandwich with a leftover breast from the other night. (That’s called repurposing a chicken…) Super good. But I broke the toaster oven, so it’s a bit of a trade-off. The button is now permanently stuck on “on,” so I have to basically pull the plug to stop it from burning my food. Might have to go appliance shopping this weekend, or risk doing two things: 1) Burning down my house, and 2) Rack up an incredibly high electricity bill doing it.
