The Missus is officially a meat-eater again, and I couldn’t be happier. The only caviar — I mean, caveat — is that she only eats locally farmed meats. That’s fine with me. Tonight she cooked up a pork tenderloin she picked up at a co-op. She also roasted some carrots, onions, brussel sprouts, leeks, tomatoes and potatoes. A delicious, hearty Midwestern winter meal.
