Food Digest

The maiden voyage of our new kitchen appliance, a Breville 650XL, which I’ve taken to calling “The Rolls Royce of Toaster Ovens.” I’ve gotta say, that was one well-toasted everything bagel. Our last toaster’s button became permanently stuck in the “on” position, and I couldn’t afford to risk burning the house down by forgetting to unplug it after reheating a slice of pizza. Come to think of it, this is kind of like insurance. Maybe it’s tax deductible!
