When I say garden salad, this time I mean it. We pulled up some lettuce and basil from our new backyard garden and I chopped up some store-bought tomatoes and yellow peppers to toss into the bowl with it.

Then on the main course: Pork chops, marinated in an apple cider vinegar and rosemary, along with broccoli and some pesto pasta.
