With the Missus at her book club tonight, I had an excuse to make myself one of my all-time favorite “bachelor specials.” Hot, beanless Hormel chili over spaghetti noodles with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Oh-la-la. It’s so good. Maybe it doesn’t look that way, but it is. I even took a pre- and post-mixing photo so you could ooh-and-aah at home.
Ate half the bowl. Saving the rest for tomorrow.
