The Missus organized a small barbecue at our house for some of her friends to hang out with her visiting dad. She made her signature deviled eggs; I fired up the barbecue for hot dogs, sausages and veggie burgers; and a friend brought ingredients to make a couple pizzas — one with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, and another influenced by Vietnamese sandwiches.
