Turkey sandwich and Spaghetti O’s with meatballs. Simple lunch, yet effective.

Worked from home this afternoon and celebrated with a bowl of Spaghetti O’s with meatballs and a turkey sandwich on Wonder bread. I cannot tell you how happy this meal made me. That may make me weird, but I’m OK with that.

Call me childish if you will, but this lunch made me very happy. Bologna sandwich on Wonder bread, Spaghetti O’s and — the coup de grace — Cheetos to toss in the bowl, almost like people use oyster crackers in soup. Try it, it’s amazing.

Spaghetti Os for dinner! And no, I’m not 7. This meal cost me all of $1, since they were on sale the last time I went to the grocery store. My wife can roll her eyes at me all she wants, but this meal was frugal and delicious.

Yes, that’s a bowl of Spaghetti O’s with meatballs. And off in the distance is a bologna sandwich, which is excellent to dip in the sauce. Kind of the perfect lunch. (For a 12-year-old.)
